ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 16.12.2018 by implementing the third respondent's letter Na.Ka.No. 1520/A2/2018, dated 20.04.2018 and make appropriate changes in the name of School as 'Bharathi

Vidhyalayam' instead of 'A.V.Hr.Sec.School, Kovilpatti and pay the revised pension arrears as per G.O.Ms No.69, School Education (M1) Department, dated 18.04.2013 to the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 4. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that seeking appropriate changes in the name of School as 'Bharathi Vidhyalayam' instead of 'A.V.Hr.Sec.School, Kovilpatti' and to pay the revised pension arrears, the petitioner sent a representation, dated 16.12.2018 to the respondents. Since no action has been taken by the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

4.The learned respective counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the second respondent on merits within the time frame fixed by this Court.

5.In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.12.2018, in the light of the third respondent's letter, dated 20.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
