ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Chinnaponnu @ Andichi, wife of the petitioner.
2. The petitioner is not present, even though his counsel is present.
3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Melur Police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Station has produced the alleged detenu.
4. Since the petitioner is not present, this Habeas Corpus Petition is liable to be dismissed.
5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
