ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 6, 8, 9 & 10 pray for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 447, 352, 506(i) IPC r/w 3(1) of TNPPDL Act in P.R.C.Nos.19 to 23 of 2016.

2.The petitioners have already been granted relief of anticipatory bail under order in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.9847 to 9851 of 2016, dated 13.07.2016.

3.These Criminal Original Petitions shall stand dismissed. However, time for compliance of the order in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.9847 to 9851 of 2016, dated 13.07.2016, shall be extended for a period of two weeks from today. Further by earlier order, the petitioners are directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) in respect of each case and also to produce two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned in respect of each case and the same is modified to the effect that the sureties to be produced by the petitioners may be common in all such cases. sd/- 23/09/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
