WP(MD). No.6255 & 6268 of 2020 The Zonal Deputy Tashildar, Tenkasi Taluk, is directed to appear through video conferencing Court on 15.06.2020, in the forenoon session and if it is not possible for him to so appear then, he must appear through video conferencing at 2.15 p.m., on 16.06.2020.

2.The Zonal Deputy Tashildar, Tenkasi Taluk, is directed to give an explanation as to why he has not preferred a private complaint with respect to the seizure of the two lorries and the Inspector of Police, Courtallam Police Station is also directed to give an explanation as to why he has not filed a First Information Report.
