ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents directing respondents to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2026 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(crl. Side) submitted that the respondents did not receive any representation. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation forthwith.

Once such representation is submitted, the respondents shall take action as per law within a period of four weeks from the date on which the representation was received.

4.With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
