ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the 5th respondent to direct the 6th respondent not to interfere in the building activities of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2026.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has put up construction in Kodaikanal, but the 6th 2/5

respondent has interfered with the petitioner's construction activities. It was further submitted that the petitioner has obtained building plan approval, that the 6th respondent has no jurisdiction, and that no complaint has been lodged against the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that respondents 5 and 6 have not interfered with the construction undertaken by the petitioner.

4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs respondents 5 and 6 not to interfere with the construction undertaken by the petitioner. In the event of any encroachment, the revenue authorities shall take action in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of.
