ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 4(1)(A) of TNP Act, in Crime No.

2524 of 1993 on the file of the respondent Police and seeks anticipatory bail pursuant to the non bailable warrant issued by the Sub Court (Camp Court), Melur, Madurai District in S.C.No.307 of 1995. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a lady and she has been falsely roped in this case. It is further submitted that she is ready to cooperate for completion of trial and also ready to done Rs.10,000/- to any one of charitable trusts.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police opposed this petition stating that non bailable warrant issued against the petitioner, could not be executed from the year 1996.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Sub Judge (Camp Court), Melur, Madurai, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court for a period of two weeks and there as and when required. The petitioner is further directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) to Harijan Sevak Sangh, No.561, K.K.Nagar, Madurai Cell No.9994657433 within one week from the date on which the order copy is made ready. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
