*********** [Order of the Court was made by P.R.SHIVAKUMAR, J.] Stellamary, wife of the petitioner along with her two years old female child is present. She states that since she was harassed by her husband demanding her consent for divorce and since she also suffers https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ harassment in the hands of her father-in-law and mother-in-law, she went out of the matrimonial home and was working in a Convent at Coimbatore

and that subsequently, the petitioner himself came there and took her back along with him after convincing her that she would not be harassed or ill-treated. Stellamary further states that she was not abducted by anybody and she was not put in illegal confinement by anybody.

2. The above said statement of Stellamary is recorded and the Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of.
