ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1-A) TNP Act, in Crime No.59 of 2016, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on the surprise visit of the respondent, the petitioner was found in possession of bottles of illicit liquor with fake IMF Labels.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name has been falsely implicated in this Case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation is almost over and police is waiting for chemical report.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with the following condition. Accordingly, the petition is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, within a period of 10 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, and on his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.a.m until further orders.
