ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to restrain the registering authority from registering any document in respect of the petition mentioned land. It is seen that the petitioner has already filed O.S.No.317 of 2023 before the Principal District Judge, Dindigul. The petitioner is given liberty to file I.A in the said suit seeking relief now sought for. The registering authority can be made as respondent in the IA even if the registering authority is not shown as defendant in the main suit. If any IA is filed, it shall be numbered immediately and disposed of as expeditiously as possible. 2/4

3. With this liberty to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
