2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
