JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal is filed to against the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No.4 of 2013 on the file of Sub Court, Aruppukkottai on 24.09.2013 confirming the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No.4 o 2006 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Aruppukkottai on 28.03.2013.

2.Both sides present. Joint compromise memo filed and recorded. The learned counsel for the appellant made an endorsement stating that since compromise deed entered between both parties, he wants to withdraw the Second Appeal. In such circumstances the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
