************ [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against Seventh Day Maranatha Nursery and Primary School, North Achampatti Village, Manur Taluk, Tirunelveli District, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.11.2023.

2.Heard Mr.M.Jothi Basu, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5.
3.According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on 18.05.2023, the Correspondent of the sixth respondent school has received a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as a hand loan from the petitioner's husband and issued a cheque bearing number 876470 of Indian Overseas Bank, Alkiapandiapuram Branch. When the same was presented for collection, it was dishonoured for the reason 'insufficient funds'. Therefore, the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.251 of 2023. According to petitioner, the said issue has been between the petitioner's husband and the Correspondent of the school. Now, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner pointing out certain irregularities in the sixth respondent school.
4.We have gone through the entire affidavit. We are not satisfied with the reason that the petitioner is a public oriented person since no such particular has been furnished in the said affidavit and there is no public interest involved in the present Writ Petition. The petitioner has not satisfied the parameters for entertaining this Writ Petition as a Public Interest Litigation. On 3/6
the other hand, in paragraph No.8 of the affidavit it has been stated that it is only a personal dispute between the petitioner and the Correspondent of the aforesaid school. Since there is no public interest involved in the present Writ Petition, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.
5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
