ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD).No.1062 of 2026 dated 22.01.2026.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. He further submitted that the investigation has already been completed and that the investigating agency will be filing the final report within a short span of time.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and on recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court relaxes the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD).No.1062 of 2026, dated 22.01.2026. The Investigation Officer is directed to conclude the investigation in Crime No.1067 of 2025 and to file the final report on or before 15.06.2026.

5. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP. (MD).No.1062 of 2026 dated 22.01.2026 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation''.
