Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court directing the respondents to pay interest at the rate of 18 percent per annum, for the period of delay from 01/06/2018 to 21/09/2019 in paying the amounts paid towards the terminal and pension benefits of the petitioner namely EPF Employees Contribution, Gratuity , Encashment of Earned / Sick Leaves and Commutated Value of Pension.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and he has filed a memo to that effect.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the calculation made by the respondents, it is open to him to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
