This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime NO. 27 of 2016 from the file of the Inspector of Police, Sathirakudi Police Station, Ramanathapuram District to the file of the Inspector of Police, C.B.C.I.D. Wing, Ramanathapuram District and further direct the said 4th respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to complete the same as expeditiously as possible..

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent police investigated the matter and closed it as 'mistake of fact' on 16.02.2016.

3. The said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) is recorded. The respondent police is directed to send a closure report to the defacto complainant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
