ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed arrayed as accused nos. 1, 3 and 4, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.07.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 174 Cr.P.C @ 304(b) and 306 of IPC, in Crime No.222 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners harassed Abirami, who is the wife of first petitioner, by demanding additional dowry and due to which, the said Abrirami and her family members consumed poison and committed suicide.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and their names have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that petitioners 2 and 3 are in-laws of the deceased and prays for enlarging the petitioners on bail.
5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the first petitioner harassed her wife viz., Abirami, by demanding additional dowry and due to which, the said Abirami consumed poison along with family members and committed suicide and the investigation of the case is pending.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners 2 and 3 on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners 2 and 3 are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai, and on condition that the petitioners 2 and 3 shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 am until further orders.
6. Considering the serious nature of allegations levelled against the first petitioner, the petition is dismissed against the first petitioner / A1.
