O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.80 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.In view of the order that has been passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15261 of 2020, dated 21.12.2020, this petition is liable to be allowed, since these petitioners are also standing on the very same footing like that of the accused No.23, who moved the above said application.

3.This Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and as a sequel, the proceedings in Crime No.80 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police, is hereby quashed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
