2.The petitioner is said to be engaged in fish business at the petition mentioned shop. The shop belongs to the Corporation. The petitioner wants the rental receipt to be issued in his name. The petitioner has given representation in this regard. 3.The respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's request and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
