PRAYER :- C-38B.For Bail in Cr.No.7 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.02.2026 for the offences punishable under Sections 69, 296(b) and 351(2) of BNS, in Crime No.7 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police. seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant were in love relationship and the petitioner had sexual intercourse with the defacto complainant on the false promise of marrying her, and even after marrying her, he did not cohabit with her. Hence, the complaint.

3.After considering the facts and circumstances, this Court has already granted interim bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.
4. Today, this Court enquired whether the marriage marriage was solemnized between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reported that the marriage was solemnized between the petitioner and the defacto complainant and the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly.
5.Recording the same, this Court is inclined to confirm the interim bail already granted by this Court.
6.Accordingly, the interim bail already granted is made absolute and the petitioner shall 3/5
appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation and all other conditions imposed on the petitioner shall remain intact. Thus, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
