2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. This writ appeal is arising out of the interim order granted by this Court dated 25.04.2023 and the writ petition is still pending. Since challenge is made against the interim order, the learned Single Judge is directed to dispose of the Writ Petition as early as possible.
