ORDER:- This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "For extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 08/07/2021 and requisition letter submitted by the Principal Subordinate Judge Tenkasi vide letter D.No.449/2022, dated 09/12/2022, this Court made the following The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi, sent a letter dated 09.12.2022, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.148 of 2020 (which was transferred from the Family Court, Erode and renumbered as H.M.O.P.No.146 of 2021), pursuant to the order of this Court dated 08.07.2021.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 09.12.2022, three months' time is extended from today to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.146 of 2021.
