ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking modification of the Condition No.2 imposed in Cr.M.P.No.527 of 2026 dated 30.01.2026 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.2 imposed in Cr.M.P.No.527 of 2026 dated 30.01.2026 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Madurai as follows:

"The petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation."

The other conditions imposed by the Trial Court shall remain unaltered. 2/4

4. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
