When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Balasubramani, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Theni Police Station is present before this Court. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by one Chinnarasu against the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 12.03.2017.
