ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of Condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.2740 of 2026, dated 11.02.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in view of the various bail conditions imposed by different Courts in other cases, the petitioner is unable to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.2740 of 2026.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2740 of 2026, dated 11.02.2026, is modified. The petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required. 2/4

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
