2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the nature of the offence, and since the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly, the condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai, in Cr.M.P.No.972 of 2026, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai, daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is confirmed.
