ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for R1 to R3. 2.The petitioner alleges that at the instance of his sister who is shown as fourth respondent, the third respondent is harassing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5452 of 2020 the petitioner and is pressurizing him to vacate the property in question.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, states that the complaint given by the fourth respondent was enquired into and it has since been closed and the parties have been advised to move the Civil Court. It appears that civil suit is also pending. Therefore, it is for the parties to work out their rights only in the pending civil proceedings. On this note, the complaint given by the fourth respondent has been closed also.

4.Since the specific submission regarding the closure of the fourth respondent's complaint has been made before this Court, recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is also closed.
