Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation. 1/3

2. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondent to declare the result of the petition mentioned tender process. The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the tender process initiated vide notification dated 02.02.2024 was cancelled on 26.02.2024. A copy of the communication has also been served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. It is added that fresh tender notification was issued on 08.03.2024. The petitioner participated therein and that today the tenders submitted in response to the second notification are being opened. Nothing survives for further adjudication. This writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
