O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] Mr.R.Baskaran, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents 1, 5 & 6, on instructions, would submit that the authorities are apprised about the public interest involved in allowing a TASMAC shop in the vicinity of the Busstand Complex and accordingly, all necessary actions are being taken to close down the subject TASMAC shop situate opposite to Karur Central Busstand.

2. Since actions are initiated to close down the subject TASMAC shop, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. The respondents are directed to close down the subject TASMAC shop within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. [S.M.S., J.] [A.D.M.C., J.] 26.06.2025 NCC :
