ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in total in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23976 of 2025 before this Court and was granted interim bail by virtue of an order dated 09.01.2026 and later it ws confirmed on 02.02.2026 for Crime No.139 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions from 11.01.2026. He further submitted that the investigation has already been completed and that the investigating agency will be filing the final report within a short span of time.

4.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 11.01.2026 and on recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court relaxes the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23976 of 2/4

2025, dated 09.01.2026. The Investigation Officer is directed to conclude the investigation in Crime No.139 of 2025 and to file the final report on or before 12.06.2026.

5.Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.23976 of 2025 dated 09.01.2026 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.'' 6.List this case for "reporting compliance" on 15.06.2026. 18.03.2026 sbn To 1.The Inspector of Police, Keelakarai Police Station, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District.
