ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 31.5.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302 and 506(ii) IPC @ 147, 148, 302 and 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 3(2) (V) of SC / ST New Amendment Act, 2015, on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity developed in a Temple festival, the petitioner and other accused persons attacked the deceased with deadly weapons and caused his death.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the co accused were released on bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16048 and 16111 of 2016 on 18.09.2016.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
