Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.460 of 2014, on the file of the Vadipatti Police Station, Madurai District was completed and the case was closed as mistake of fact on 18.06.2015 and the closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti.
2.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
