When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Murugan, SubInspector of Police, Devarkularm Police Station is present before this Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Cr.NO.185 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C and the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli on 01.10.2014, but the same has not been taken on file.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is

closed with a further direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli to verify if any charge sheet has been filed in Cr.No.185 of 2014, on the file of the Devarkulam Police Station and take action in accordance with law.
