Respondent Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of Mandamus, by directing the respondent to issue true copies of the proceedings passed by Sub Collector Palani, in his letter X.K.vz;.8865/2018/m7. dated 22.12.2018 and Letter No.2571/2019/m6, dated 03.06.2019 and the Revenue Inspector's Report, dated 09.07.2019 and the notice given by the respondent to the petitioner as per the Tamilnadu Land Encroachment Act 1905, dated 04.06.2019 as per representation given by the petitioner to the respondent, dated 20.01.2020 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

(Order of this court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This writ petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus by directing the respondent to issue the true copies of certain documents which are listed in the show cause notice issued by the respondent to the petitioner under the provisions of Tamilnadu Land Encroachment Act.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader on instructions stated earlier that he would furnish the copies of the documents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

W.P.(MD).No.6274 of 2020 which are sought to be obtained through this writ petition. Today, when the matter is called, learned Special Government pleader produced before this Court a typed set of papers containing all the documents that are required by the petitioner in his representation. The copies of the documents also have been furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the petitioner has acknowledged the receipt of the same. The service of those documents to the learned counsel for the petitioner will be treated as service to the petitioner pursuant to the representation that he has made. Since the relief has been granted to the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Hence, this writ petition is closed.
