ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to extend the time imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.23950 of 2025 dated 26.12.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to the medical reasons, he could not able to arrange surety within the time stipulated as per the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.23950 of 2025 dated 26.12.2025 .

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 26.12.2025 in Crl.OP(MD) No.23950 of 2025, is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
