Second Appeal filed against the Judgment and Decree of the Sub Court, Parmakudi, dated 27.06.2002 L.A.C.M.A.No.43 of 2000 modifying the award dated 03.03.1998 made in Award No.10/98 (Roc.A/166/97) by the Land Acquisition Officer, the Special Tahsildar (ADW), Mudhukulathur.

Decree: This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day Upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the Judgement and Decree of the Lower Court and the material papers in the Case Suit and upon hearing the argument of Mr.S.Sathishkumar, Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Appellant, and of Mr.B.Jayakumar, Advocate appearing for the Respondent this Court, while dismissing the Second Appeal, doth order and decree as follows: (i)that the Judgment and decree of the Sub Court, Parmakudi, dated 27.06.2002 made in L.A.C.M.A.No.43 of 2000 be and hereby are confirmed on the Second Appeal in dismissed.
