When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the electricity service connection to the petition mentioned house will be provided within a period of four weeks subject to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
fulfilment of all other formalities by the petitioner.
2. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is allowed. No costs. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter.
