ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the fourth respondent herein not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the fifth respondent had initially lodged a complaint as aginst the petitioners before the Tallakulam Police Station and after completion of the enquiry, the same was closed. Subsequently, a second complaint has been lodged before the fourth respondent and the petitioners are being harassed by the fourth respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that the enquiry would be completed within a period of two weeks.

4.Considering the above said facts, the fourth respondent is directed to complete the enquiry wihtin a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case any cognizable offence is made out, they shall proceed in accordance with law otherwise the complaint may be closed. 2/4

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
