ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the respondents 2 and 3 herein not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry pursuant to a complaint lodged by the fourth respondent.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the fourth respondent is the daughter in law and she has lodged a complaint on 19.01.2026 pursuant to which they are being harassed by the respondents 2 and 3 herein.

3. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the complaint has been closed on 24.01.2026.
