This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify condition Nos.1,3 and 4 in Cr.M.P.No.1063 of 2016 imposed by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District on 27.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ condition No.1 shall stand modified and the petitioner shall

execute own bond to a sum of Rs.50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum to their satisfaction. Further, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders.
