PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 4 from using the water bodies in the State of Tamil Nadu for Aqua culture of banned fish of African Catfish, Theli Fish, Theli Varal, Poi Meen and Pooviral in the lakes, ponds and other water bodies and monitor the prompt supply of water for the agricultural activities surrounding the water bodies based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.05.2020, within the time stipulated by this Court.
