This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ Mandamus directing 6th respondent to grant permission and police protection for conducting newly registered "Madurai Parsn Srishti Apartment Owners Association -Reg.No.113/2021 Annual General body Meeting for submitting Financial year reports for the period of 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 under the supervision of fourth respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2022. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the respondents police conducted enquiry and the same is pending. 3.Considering the above, third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 21.03.

2022, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter party and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
