ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the first respondent bank. 2.The petitioner's bank account was frozen on instructions from the second respondent. It appears that the second respondent noticed a suspicious transaction in the petitioner's account. It was only Rs.150/-. A lien can be marked on the said amount. Tthis Court ordered notice to the second respondent. Notice was sent by e-mail. There is no response from the second respondent. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to defreeze the account of the petitioner after marking lien for Rs.150/-. 3.This writ petition is allowed. No costs.
