ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471, 419, 420 and 120(b) IPC in Crime No.83 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner/A6 has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.
3. The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner along with other accused is alleged to have fabricated the RDO letter dated 31.08.2015 as if a direction was issued to the Tahsildar to issue patta to him, which resulted in registration of the case.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that one Loganathan applied for patta to the RDO, which was rejected on the ground that the land for which patta was applied belongs to some other person and the said letter of rejection was forged by the petitioner along with other accused and the investigation of the case is pending.

6. Taking note of the serious nature of the offences alleged to have been committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
