[Order of the Court was made by P.R.SHIVAKUMAR, J.] The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Habeas Corpus Petition with liberty to file similar Habeas Corpus Petition before the Principal Bench within whose jurisdiction the third respondent resides. An endorsement to that effect has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Endorsement is recorded and the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty as sought for by the petitioner is granted.
