ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to execute Non Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Family Court, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.251 of 2016 in M.C.No.42 of 2010 against the third respondent / accused, dated 09.10.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that today they executed the NBW warrant and produced the accused before the Family Court, Madurai. Therefore, the prayer of the petitioner become infructuous.

3. Since NBW was executed and the third respondent was arrested, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. 2/4
