For Respondent : Mr.S.Chandarasekar, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime.No.305 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No.305 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard both sides.

CRL OP(MD). No.5458 of 2020 has abandoned the bullock cart and has fleded. Now, he is before this Court seeking anticipatory bail. The occurrence is on 16.04.2020, during the lock down period.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that taking advantage of lock down, the petitioner herein tried to illegally mine river sand, which was intercepted by the respondent police. If the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail, he will again indulge in similar offence. 5.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
