When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Ramesh Raja, Sub-Inspector of Police, Kodaikkanal is present before this Court. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.345 of 2016 has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikkanal on 18.11.2016, but the same has not been taken on file.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikkanal to pass appropriate orders in the final report filed in Cr.No.345 of 2016 expeditiously.
