ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.2499 of 2025, dated 10.02.2025.

2. Ms.A.Banumathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that 1/3

the petitioners are only breadwinners of the families and they have been complying with the condition regularly an hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition only from 11.02.2025.

4. Considering the nature of offence alleged and also considering the period of compliance, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, the condition No.7(iv) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.2499 of 2025, dated 10.02.2025 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders. In case, Monday is holiday, the petitioners shall appear and sign before the concerned Magistrate on the next day of working. The other conditions shall hold good.
