This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.327 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, Kaliyakkavilai Police Station, Kanyakumari District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police have filed final report as "Mistake of Fact" on 11.01.2018 and the case has been closed.
